Key Deliverables
- Appointed to prepare and submit the documentation for Stage 1 and 2 Applications to the Department for Transport (DfT) as required under the Cableway Installation Regulations 2004. This process involved the preparation of the Safety Report for submission and subsequent acceptance by the DfT for the construction of the new Sheiling Tow and for the modification work on the West Wall Poma in 2015.
- Contract retained services for competent advice.
- Prepared the documentation to address the requirements of the Cableways Installations Regulations including an Overview Technical File for the Cairngorm Ski Area and individual Technical Files for the funicular railway and individual ski tows.
